Run your agency from one tool instead of ten WhatsApp groups

We built and run the internal tool of a marketing agency in Nice: tasks, shoots, days off, expenses, SMS reminders and client reports published online. That is what we bring to agencies, studios and other service businesses that sell their team’s time.

Where the hours go

Who is doing what this week?

Tasks are spread across WhatsApp, email and memory. The manager spends Monday morning rebuilding the plan.

Reports that take a day each

Every client wants their numbers. Gathering stats, writing and formatting eats a day per client.

Scheduling clashes

Someone is booked on a shoot on their day off, and nobody notices until the morning of.

Expenses and billing on paper

Receipts in a drawer, a spreadsheet at month end, and invoices sent late.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an internal tool cost?

+

A fixed price, agreed before we start, based on the hours audit. We usually start with the three tasks that cost your team the most time.

Why not use an off-the-shelf project tool?

+

You can, and for many teams it is enough. A custom tool makes sense when your process does not fit, or when you pay for several apps that each do part of it.

Who owns the tool and the data?

+

You do. The code, the accounts and the data are in your business’s name.

What happens if the tool goes down?

+

Monitoring alerts us and we fix it as a priority. Your data is backed up and stays yours.

Can my team use it on their phones?

+

Yes. It is a web app that installs on the phone and keeps people logged in.
