The situation
Adrien runs a concierge for sold-out concerts, festivals and sport. His previous site had generic copy, duplicated testimonials, no tracking at all, and inner pages that returned an error on refresh.
Each request also had to end up in his Airtable base, once, with the campaign it came from.
What we built
Rebuilt site in two languages
French and English, written in Adrien's own voice, with page transitions, a sticky call to action on mobile and a WhatsApp button.
Seat view library
Country, stadium, block, row: 8470 photos across 19 stadiums in 6 countries. Fans can add their own photo. Full access asks for an e-mail address.
Lead pipeline to Airtable
Each form or e-mail capture is saved in Firestore, then a Cloud Function adds it to Airtable and skips addresses that are already there.
Live dashboard
Sessions, leads, WhatsApp clicks, conversion rate, top pages and sources, filters by period, CSV export of leads, updated in real time.
One tracking call
A single event feeds Firestore, GA4, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel. Third-party pixels load only after cookie consent, and source and campaign are attached to every lead.
Search engine data
Title and description per page, Event data for each event with its availability, FAQ data and a sitemap with language versions.
What runs on its own now
- Copying each new lead into Airtable, without duplicates
- Tagging every lead with its source and campaign
- Updating the dashboard figures in real time
- Collecting seat photos sent in by fans
