A first version real users can sign up to

We build our own products too: a booking and loyalty SaaS for restaurants, a WhatsApp copilot for small business owners, a study app. We know what a first version needs to prove, and what can wait until users ask for it.

Where the hours go

Months of building before the first user

Every feature feels essential, the launch keeps moving and nobody has tested the core idea.

Security left for later

Paid API keys in the front end and open database rules are how small products get abused.

Payments and accounts eat the roadmap

Sign-up, roles, subscriptions and invoices take weeks before you ship anything unique.

An agency quote that keeps growing

Hourly billing turns a clear idea into an open-ended budget.

What we put in place

01

Scoped MVP

We cut the first version down to what proves the idea, with a fixed price and date.

02

Accounts and payments

Sign-up, roles and online payment set up early, so your time goes to the product itself.

03

Secure backend

Secrets stay on the server, database rules are closed by default, and builds are scanned for leaked keys before every deploy.

04

Dashboards and admin

An admin view of usage and costs per customer, so you know what each account costs you.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an MVP cost?

+

A fixed price, agreed before we start, based on a 30 minute call where we scope the first version. Changes are quoted before they are built.

Who owns the code and the IP?

+

You do. The code, the accounts and the data are in your company’s name.

How fast can we launch?

+

It depends on what the first version must prove. We fix the date in the quote and you test working builds along the way.

Do you take equity or a revenue share?

+

No. You pay for the build and, if you want it, a monthly plan for hosting, monitoring and new features.

What happens if the app goes down?

+

Monitoring alerts us and we fix it as a priority. Data is backed up, and secrets never sit in the browser where they could leak.
