Fewer phone calls during service, more covers booked

Most of our work is for restaurants: trattorias, brunch places, beach restaurants, fast food. We know where an owner’s week goes, between the phone at 8 pm, a menu to update on four platforms and a commission on every delivered order.

Where the hours go

The phone rings during the rush

Bookings, takeaway orders and “are you open today?” all arrive while the team is plating. Someone leaves the pass to answer.

The menu lives in five places

Website, Google, Instagram, delivery apps, the printed card. A price change means an evening of updates.

Marketplaces keep a share of every order

Delivery apps bring orders but keep the customer, and take a commission on each one.

No idea where bookings come from

Google, Instagram, the website or a walk-in: without measurement, you cannot tell what is worth paying for.

What we put in place

01

A site built for the Book button

Menu in HTML that Google can read, booking on every page, and one site for several locations when you have them.

02

Orders on WhatsApp

Customers order in the chat, voice messages included, pay online, and the order reaches the kitchen screen. Built and tested for a fast-food restaurant in Nice.

03

Your own click and collect

Ordering and payment on your own site, with a back office. No commission per order.

04

Uber Direct delivery

Uber couriers for your own orders, without listing on Uber Eats.

05

Booking and loyalty

Zenchef or TheFork on every button, a Wallet loyalty card, and every Book and Call click measured by source.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a restaurant website cost?

+

A fixed price, agreed before we start, based on the hours audit. Then a monthly plan for hosting and your menu, hours and photo changes.

Can you work with Zenchef, TheFork or my current booking tool?

+

Yes. We connect the tool you already use to every booking button and measure the clicks.

Do I have to leave Uber Eats or Thuisbezorgd?

+

No. Direct ordering runs next to them. You decide how much you want to move to your own channel.

Who owns the site and the customer data?

+

You do. The domain, the code and the customer data belong to your restaurant.

What if ordering goes down on a Friday night?

+

Monitoring alerts us and we fix it as a priority. Your phone number stays on every page, so customers can still reach you.
