The situation

Independent restaurants pay a commission per guest on booking platforms, often on their own regulars. Loyalty, when it exists, is a paper card or a separate subscription that does not talk to bookings.

We wanted one tool where the booking feeds the loyalty card and the guest file stays with the restaurant.

What we built

01

Booking widget

A two-step, mobile-first booking flow for the restaurant site, Instagram and Google, with a preferred area such as terrace or upstairs.

02

Service agenda and floor plan

Today's bookings with status in one tap, a waiting list when it is full, and a drag-and-drop floor plan with zones.

03

Wallet loyalty card

A card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet with a QR code. Points are added at each visit and the card updates itself on the phone.

04

Campaigns and segments

Regulars, VIPs and guests at risk of not coming back, with one-click Wallet notifications to every card holder.

05

Google reviews

A review request after the visit and reply drafts in the house tone, with a history of reviews and replies.

What runs on its own now

  • Twice a day, guests with an upcoming booking get an SMS and e-mail reminder.
  • In the same run, guests who came get a review request, with a 90-day limit per guest.
  • Every night the booking slots are extended so 60 days stay open ahead.
  • The Wallet card updates its points after each scan.
