The situation
La Nonna is a trattoria at 28 Cours Saleya, in the old town of Nice. Bookings are handled by the team, by phone.
Until September 2026 the site pointed Google to the wrong domain, a leather goods shop, and the restaurant did not appear in search results.
What we built
Book by call or text
Each Book button opens a small choice: call or send a text to the restaurant. One tap on a phone, no form to fill in.
The full menu in HTML
A dedicated menu page with 22 dishes, a children’s menu, 12 cocktails and mocktails, 24 bar drinks and 18 wines, aligned with the printed menu.
Menu data for Google
The dishes are published as JSON-LD menu items, built from the same content file as the page.
Domain fixed
Canonical, sitemap, robots and structured data moved to restaurantlanonna.fr, so Google indexes the restaurant and not another business.
Private events
A section for large tables from 8 to 40 guests and private hire of the room.
What runs on its own now
- Guests can text a booking request from any Book button, so it waits for the team instead of a missed call.
- Prices and dishes changed in the content file update the menu page and the Google menu data together.
